From Golf to Jazz, POMH Events Are 'Must Attends'
Making its debut to the annual event calendar for the Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital Auxiliary was “Jazz by the Lake.” The first-time fundraiser was held on June 4 at Crystal Downs and was very popular with a nearly sell-out crowd of more than 140 people. “Jazz by the Lake” featured wine and hors d’oeuvres as well as live jazz performances and will likely be repeated next summer.
The annual POMH Auxiliary Golf Benefit at Crystal Mountain’s Ridge Course was also a huge success. Held on a beautiful day in late May with a field full of players, the event raised $12,500.
